You can purchase lists of network marketers, health enthusiasts, chiropractors, business executives, real estate brokers, even credit card holders or any other group you can think of. Make a list of names, addresses and phone numbers of everyone you know personally or impersonally (see memory jogger attached). 6. Decide whether to mail the tapes alone or add a letter or note with it. The response has proven to be good with just the tape alone.

7. If you have a day-time job and can only work specific hours, then set up a good voice mail number with a reliable company and have your new number on your custom cassette labels. How do I handle a big hitters or a professional networker?

The following step by step procedure was designed to maximize the effectiveness of the American Longevity program both inside and outside your office. The objectives are to: 1) enhance the lives of your (patients/customers).

2) add a new profit center to your (practice). 3) create a source of residual income through networking.

STEP 1 - Make sure that every (patient) receives the audio cassette entitled ``Dead Doctors Don't Lie.'' Patients should be given the tape as they leave the office and asked to return it at the next visit. Stock enough tapes to rotate through your entire active patient base. In most practices 100 - 200 tapes should suffice. Expect a 20% - 30% loss factor (patients not returning tapes and replace as needed.

Label each tape with your name and area code/phone #. Use file folder labels or order preprinted labels.

Expect at least 50% of your patients to request our colloidal minerals as a result of listening to the tape. Your options are to retail the product or to sign the patient as a wholesale buyer/member. (See attached ``First Order/Sign-Up Procedure'' .)

STEP 2 - Sign up your key employees as members under you and allow them to sign up patients under themselves. This provides added motivation to pass out tapes, promote products and sign up new members.

STEP 3 - After your patient has listened to the `` Dead Doctor'' tape and returned it, give him/her the product brochure and order form. continue this procedure with the other tapes in whatever order you wish. In this way, your patients are constantly being exposed to important nutritional information as well as the products.

STEP 4 - Send a ``Dead Doctors'' tape to all professional colleagues, friends and associates. (Call you sponcor for assistance in signing up other associates).

STEP 5 - Mail a ``Dead Doctors'' tape with cover letter to your entire data base of semi-active and inactive patients (you can expect a response rate of 10% or more).

STEP 6 - Do mass mailing of ``Dead Doctors '' tapes to high quality lists. Special lists, along with a complete fulfillment service is available through you representative. (Similar mailings have had a response rate of 3% - 5%).

STEP 7 - Advertise in Thrifty Nickel or other local publications. Ads should offer ``Free Audio Cassette'' to generate qualified leads. Another good slogan is DR Wallach ``Dead Doctors Don't Lie'' the missing 30 minutes (Copy of ads available through your representative.)

SPECIAL NOTE

To receive commissions you must send in a `hard copy' of the member application which you received in your member kit. Please complete your application as soon as possible and return to Am. Longevity. Your sponsor is:

As you sign up patients by phone, please give them an application with sponsor filled in and instruct them to complete and return it to the company.

To receive commissions you must maintain a minimum personal volume of $100 per month in product orders. For bigger checks increase your orders to $300 per mo.

FIRST ORDER - PATIENT SIGN UP PROCEDURE

As a result of listening to the ``Dead Doctors '' Audio tape, at least 50% of those patients will want colloidal minerals. At that point you have 2 options:

1) Sign up patient as member / discount buyer

2) Retail product to patient.

OPTION 1:

A. Indicate to patient that they can save about 30% per bottle by signing up as a member for a qualifying order of $100.

B. Take control by signing patient over phone and placing their first order at the same time. If you leave it up to them, it probably won't happen.

Have patient complete the attached order information form so you have all appropriate information at your fingertips. This will minimize time spent at the sign up procedure.

Sign up patients using your ID#, by calling 1-800-982-3189. The entire process should take not more than 5 minutes.

After the patient is signed up, give him/her some product brochures, a business brochure and the audio tape: Dead Doctors Don't Lie plus training tapes as the become availible. This will further educate the patient as to other products as well as the business opportunities.

C. If your patients wish to order additional products, have them order directly from Am. Longevity. Since you will get commissions for any product they order even if they stop visiting you.

D. Many of your patients will also hand out Dr. Wallach's tapes and share the products with their friends and families. Some of your patients will even promote the products to earn some supplemental income. You can also get commissions for these product sales that came from you patients efforts and referrals. They can order tapes and pre-printed labels from New Horizons Tape.

OPTION 2:

If your patient refuses Option 1, you can offer to sell the product at the retail price of $29 plus shipping. If your patient continues to order the product, eventually it will seem more economical to spend $100 to be a member and buy at wholesale.
