Concept
Advertising through the radio is designed to get in front of a large number of people in a short period of time.
Because this maybe the first time these people have heard of Dr Wallach we have used a two step process to educate the customer and promote credibility. When the program is aired Dr Wallach does a 30 minute version of the Dead Doctors Don't Lie lecture with emphasis on his two books. As people call in a majority
Of them will ask abought the books, our first priority is to then sell the two book set (Let's Play Doctor" & "Rare Earth's"). If they are ready to order products at that time we will fill the order too. With every book we send and information pack and a free copy of the "Trust Me I'm a Doctor" tape (DOC mentions this on the show). When people receive the books and information they will usually look them over and call us back in 7 - 10 days to order product. We will at that time sign them up and ask a few questions of them that will tell us if they are a customer or a potential business builder. Customers are kept on a separate list from business builders and are sent different follow up material.
Customers should be sent a thank you card 10 days after the order with reorder instructions then sent general info every 60 days. Potential Distributors should be sent the 1000 tape training system and assisted in getting out their initial batch of tapes.

There are 3 ways to do radio programs:
Radio work can rocket your business but a quick word of caution, since new people are so easy to come by using this method we often forget to follow up and service these new customers. Make it a habit to send out thank you notes with the order, follow up with a phone call in two weeks to see how they are doing and then mail out order instructions and product info every 60 days. If you take care of your customers they will stay with you for a lone time, neglect them and inertia will over take them and after a couple months you will never hear from them again.
