This is called the "splash entry page", used to give a quick overview of your web's purpose to let your visitors know what you are "all about".

This is a DWT Web Package, which includes not only the 4 different Dynamic Web Templates attached to provide the various layouts, but also several pre-made html pages to use as a guide in putting together your own web site.  The DWT Web Package is not compatible with ANY FrontPage version prior to FrontPage 2003.
