Overview WealthCom is a national business and consumer cooperative designed to provide it's members with the highest quality communication services at the lowest possible prices. WealthCom offers a broad choice of services including long distance, teleconferencing, Internet access, custom voice mail and other enhanced communication tools.

Two basic services, long distance and conference calling, are being offered in the initial phase of the program. The long distance program, offers members a choice between two plans:


A. Economy Plan This plan offers a low, fixed 9.9 cents per minute interstate rate, at anytime, and anywhere within the continental United States. Billing is based on Six Second Billing beginning after the first 18 seconds of the call (unanswered calls are at not charged). There is no minimum volume requirement or set up fee. There is a $3.50 monthly service charge to cover the cost of accounting and billing.


B. Co-op Plan The Co-op Plan offers a 10.9 Cents per Minute interstate rate, and 6 second billing, with the same provisions as in the Economy Plan. A discount incentive is offered to compensate individuals for referring others to the Co-op Plan. This incentive is structured to provide each customer with a credit* or group of credits against their own long distance bill based on the long distance of others they refer to either the Economy Plan or the Co-op Plan.

Toll-Free 800 Service The nationwide Toll-Free 800 services plan offers a low, fixed rate of 13.9 cents per minute, at anytime, and anywhere in the continental United States. Six-second billing, and NO minimum volume NOR set-up fee.


Calling Card Customers on the Calling Card Plan can take advantage of a low, fixed rate of 17.9 cents per minute, at anytime, with 6 second billing. There is a $1 monthly service charge with NO access fee (NO surcharge) for each call. A one time $2.00 charge per card will be billed. Customized Calling Cards are also available at discounted rates.


Debit Cards Debit Cards (Pre-paid), charged at 16.9 cents per minute are available for purchase for $15 and are fully rechargeable! Customized debit cards in various dollar amounts are also available. There is a one time $2.00 charge per card.


Intrastate Calling WealthCom has provided very low, fixed long distance rates within each state (Intrastate) as well. Check out our Fax-On-Demand for current rates.

International Calling WealthCom provides direct dial 1+ international calling in either the Economy Plan or the Co-op Plan, at no additional cost. . Check out our Fax-On-Demand for current rates.

Fund Raising Program A customer on the Co-op Plan may refer organizations to the Co-op Plan for the purpose of raising funds. In this case, the customer making the referral will receive a quarterly credit* of 5% based on the receipts from long distance usage of the organization and will receive 4% on the first level members, and 3%, 2% and 1% on down the line as usual. The participating organization will receive a quarterly 5% rebate based on the receipts from the long distance usage by its first level members who utilize the Co-op Plan, and will receive 4%, 3%, 2% and 1% on down the line as usual.


Conference Calling WealthCom offers Conference Calling for group interactive conference calls of up to 450 lines.


Future Services Additional communication services will be offered in the second phase that may include cellular, paging, voice messaging, voice mail, fax retrieval and forwarding, internet services, and other exciting new features.
