  • 5 oz. calcium rich orange juice (count the juice in your diet as usual) or water
  • 1 oz. Majestic Earth Ultimate (Classic or Tangy Tangerine)
  • 1 oz. Majestic Earth (regular) Minerals

For diabetics, using insulin, you may use the following suggestions:

**Monitor sugar levels 3 to 4 times a day to adjust insulin as the need for it decreases. Diabetes diabetics insulin.
