DR WALLACH:Okay, I want to nip in the bud here everything that is going on and I believe that the focus is an incorrect direction so we're going to have to answer everybody's concerns so we can move on in life here. So, let's start with ________________, are you there? Okay, if you want to start, you could start with a question now.
Okay, a lot of us have had concerns with this letter that's going around with New Vision, you know, you endorsing New Vision, or you know that's what people are gathering from it. And if you could just kind of explain that a little bit to us, we would appreciate that.
DR WALLACH:Okay, well basically, I will start out by saying that the only products I endorse are the TODDY PRODUCTS OF SOARING EAGLE VENTURES.(editors note: Dr Wallach recinded his endorsement of SOARING EAGLE for quality control problems, he now recommends American Longevity Colloidal products ) I do not endorse anybody else's mineral products. My relationship with New Visions is, ( I will tell you the short of it, you don't need to know the gory details) that is somewhere between May of 1995 and August of 1995, they pirated some 70,000 of my tapes and got caught with their hand in the cookie jar and they settled with me for a cash amount, which included an on-going royalty for the use of the tapes in a certain way. They could use the tapes without their name or company products on there, they could take anything out of the tape they want, but they can't add anything and I continue to get royalties on that. And what I have found is that I get about 50-100 calls a week and I know that Terry can tell you she gets calls, I know that Fran does too from people who have gotten tapes from somebody from New Vision or maybe even another company and they start looking for us and our product and they finally find us after a week or two. Uh, the thing to do is get yourself out there and let people know that you infact have the only product that is endorsed by Dr. Wallach, the Toddy products and if they want the right stuff, you can put them in a pipeline to me, that you will glean an enormous number of those people that have been mailed to by these other companies
The other companies that are using the tape, they are pirating them, and New Vision as part of their agreement with me have hired several lawyers and they have to nip these companies by the head, give them a cease and desist order and get me a check for the royalties for all of their pirated tapes and at the same time kill off all of these other companies so over the next two or three months ma, (some of them have already been dried up here in the last couple of weeks) you will see them sort of slowly disappear because they will have been given a visit by an attorney and an accountant who will find out just exactly how many tapes they have pirated. If they don't, if they resist, then they will receive a lawsuit. So, I think that probably covers the subject.
Okay now, does that include your new tape, The Dead Athletes Don't Lie, are they going to do that with them too?
No, they don't have any rights to that.
